2009 Nats Accommodations

There are a few options for accomodations near the race course.

Dillon State Park
The park that contains the race course also has approximately 28 cabins and 130 improved campsites. Reservations can be made online or by phone at 1-(866)-644-6727. It is advised that if you want to stay in the park for the nationals, you should book early, because these accomodations will be in high demand.

Hotels in Zanesville
There are several hotels in nearby Zanesville, which is about 30 minutes from the race course. Again, because a high volume of people are coming into Zanesville, it is advisable to book accommdations early.

Camping in the pits
Up to 24 self-contained motor homes will be allowed to overnight in the pit area, but in the grass only. These will pay the normal park rate, which is between $20 to $25 per night, but will not have electric or sewage hook-up. They must be "self-contained" motorhomes. These can be reserved ONLY by calling/e-mailing the race director. Fees (payable to the park) will be the same as for the improved RV hook-up sites elsewhere in Dillon Lake State Park but these spaces do NOT have electric, water or sewer hook-up. Some racers may appreciate the convenience more than they miss the park ammenities.
